Love everything except that the reminders seemed to be on a timer vs. being related to how many oz youve had or how long its been since you tracked. So I drank 120 oz before 10am yesterday and kept getting reminders to drink some water. LOL nope.

The reminders help you to remember to drink, but can be annoying if you are not tracking on that day. I like that it has other options for drinks so you can track any drink you have. I also like that it is compatible with the Fitbit app.
This is a easy to use and motivating app. I thought I was drinking much more than I actually was. Now that Im monitoring and drinking the amount liquids Im supposed to my skin isnt as dry and I feel better all around. My only complaint is there needs to be a bit more variety in the drink categories.

I am horrible about drinking water. Sometimes I can go days with only drinking a glass or two(so bad). I really like the reminders to drink more.

Since Ive been using this app Ive become much more aware of not only my fluid intake but my food intake. This app has been very helpful since Ive recently begun working out on a daily basis! Its simple and fun to use!
I have a history of kidney stones so I use this app to help keep myself hydrated. I definitely drink more now that I log everything, and I like seeing the pie chart of how much of my intake was plain water. The only big thing I would change would be to have your most recently logged beverages listed first instead of having to scroll to the bottom. Also maybe add a "vitamin water" option. Ive been logging my nutrient enhanced water beverages under sports drinks but technically theyre not the same thing since sports drinks have all that sodium and other electrolytes in them.
