I love how this app tracks more than just my water intake and helps me to track exactly what and how much I drink everyday. This app is straight forward and so simple to use I wish I had found it sooner.

This app is helping to make me feel better. I didnt have access to my watch for a few days and my water consumption dropped, making me feel sluggish for a few days.
Caffeinated drinks count toward daily water intake. I would like to see cups of coffee, for example, lower my count since I have to replace it with additional cups of water. Overall the app works well and I like the reminder to hydrate.
It helps me keep track of my daily water intake & reminds me as much as I want to drink water.
Ive tried other similar apps but with no success. This is the first one thats easy to record your intake of water. Love the Tea option. Has become part of my daily health routine.
I never thought much about water intake until my husband fainted out from a flu due to dehydration. The app is super easy and fun to use and has great range of options for other liquid sources.
Aside from the pre selected measurements being unhelpful measurements its a great ap that I use every day.

Its free, its simple, and its detailed, which are the features I wanted in a water tracking app! Every water app I search is either messy or requires IAPs for ad removal or what not.

I like that fact this app reminds you when you need to drink water and that you can log other beverages.
Its a great app to keep track of your water intake. I barely drank water everyday, but the reminders have helped me a lot!!!

This app is very helpful, and helps me celebrate treating myself kindly with my water intake. The only problem I have come across is that I drink a lot of smoothies, and there is no "smoothie" option. Its hard to calculate how much water is in a smoothie...but overall, I love using this app, and get excited when I make an entry after finishing a water bottle.
I have just started using ihydrate to track fluid intake after a surgery and find it to be very helpful. One suggestion for the app developers would be to add "alternative" milks such as almond, soy and coconut, as these seem to provide more water than cows milk.

Just started a weight management plan and one of the things I needed to do was drink 64-oz. of fluid a day. This app lets me record all kinds of liquid from water, coffee and soda to name three. It was easy to do and I linked the app to the Fitbit app.
